A Tranquil mind-body-spirit retreat
This beautiful retreat will enfold universal mystical wisdom and related spiritual practices for cultivating rest, renewal, and awareness of our Oneness. it will also include Night Vision for the winter seasons of our lives. This retreat will include slowing down ways in which to nourish, heal and transform as we open ourselves more to Mystery amid uncertainty, and living with greater ease.
Taps insights from Christian mystics, including past pandemic events. We will also explore wisdom found from TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Taoism, Buddhism, as well as moon, quiet earth, water, animals, light and darkness in winter.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience qigong, yin yoga, yogic sleep and singing bowl vibrational sound healing. These forms promote energy, breath,compassion and awareness-based practices to learn and cultivate throughout the season.
This is an especially key time to lean into slowing down and nourishing ourselves amid the hustle and bustle associated with this season of the year.
