Sound Healing with Meditative Yoga
When life has us racing full speed ahead, so are our minds. Meditative yoga with sound healing allows the body to slow down in a supportive and calming atmosphere. The body is guided into the centering of breath and the mind. During this meditation we practice the art if stillness and gentle movement for small periods of time. These movements are supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, yoga blocks, eye pillows and sound. Meditative yoga provides mental and physical balance, helping to prevent stress and anxiety through gentle movement. Some of the amazing benefits of restorative meditation are:

Helps in healing of emotional pain
Eases the body into a more restful sleep.
Enjoy this one hour of rest and relaxation with the sounds of Himalayan Sound bowls, gongs, bells, rain-sticks, plains style drumming and more. Mats and props are provided.
Please bring a pillow and blanket as your body temperature drops as you relax.
