The beauty of silence, the true whispers of your soul, the deepest essence of your being ~ can you feel the call? All of this and so much more awaits you as you step into the profound practice of meditation.

This Deep Silence Meditation Retreat is carefully crafted to support your personal journey of insight, understanding, and lovingkindness through immersive meditation practice. Rooted in the Vipassana tradition, you will be gently guided & supported as the unspoken wisdom of silence begins to awaken within you.

There is great power in stepping back from the constant noise of the world. In this retreat, we intentionally cultivate a space of inner & outer silence, which supports the natural process of awakening. Through a mindfully-crafted schedule, supported by ancient wisdom & modern neuroscience alike, you will uncover a deeper meditation experience, leading to greater love & understanding for yourself, the people in your life, and all of existence.

The beauty of a Meditation Retreat like this is that every part of your day becomes a meditation. As you flow through a carefully-crafted schedule of sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful movement, mindful eating, and dharma talks, you will be steeped in a meditative energy that resonates within the depths of your being. These optimal conditions make it easier to cultivate awareness, release conditioned patterns of thought, let go of judgment, and step into the embodiment of truth & freedom.

The unfolding of meditative insight is unique to each person, as each of us receive exactly what we need from the practice. Meditation Retreat helps many people feel greater clarity, enhanced awareness, deep healing, a higher sense of purpose, reduced stress, and more love for themselves & others. While drawn from the wisdom of the Buddhist tradition, the universal practice of meditation is available & accessible to everyone equally. Whether you are an experienced meditator or a brand-new beginner, there is so much awaiting you in this retreat! It is helpful to have a personal meditation practice established leading up to this retreat. If you have more questions about your meditation practice and if this retreat will be helpful for you, feel free to reach out to Willow at dharmaheartretreats@gmail.com.

Meet Your Guide

~ Willow Pogue, Founder of DharmaHeart Retreats
“My heart is steeped in meditation. From the moment I stepped foot into my first silent meditation retreat at 20 years old, I knew there was a resonance there that I couldn’t turn away from. What I felt was the arrival and total acceptance of my full self, exactly as I am. No striving. No seeking. No need for improvement. For the first time ever on the road of personal development, I stopped “doing” and started “being”. I let go of the busy mind ceaselessly working to solve all the problems in my life, and dropped into the present moment.

While modern neuroscience unwraps the practice of meditation – revealing its powerful healing capabilities through altered brainwave frequencies, cardiac coherence, autonomic stability, and stress reduction – meditation has always held another dimension of potentiality for me. This is, in fact, the real reason this practice has been handed down by wise ones for centuries. Meditation draws you into deep receptivity, into connection with the unknowable, into the very source of understanding, love & insight. Meditation does more than calm the nervous system – it unwinds the very nature of reality. It reveals to you who & what you really are. It connects you to the pulse of infinite potential that exists as the core of your being, manifesting now as life unfolds in front of your very eyes.

Of the many methods of healing & self-realization that I’ve been blessed to engage with and study, the simple practice of silent meditation transcends them all. My work is an invitation for you to discover this for yourself.”
